You can make a one-time donation using our mobile friendly donation form at EasterSeals.org. All donations are tax receiptable.
STEP 1 – Finding The Online Donation Page
You can access our donation page on EasterSeals.org. Begin by clicking the DONATE button in our main menu, or by clicking one of the DONATE NOW buttons highlighted on the homepage.
STEP 2 – The Online Donation Form
You will be redirected to our online donation page. The One-Time Gift option is selected by default. You can move on to STEP 3.
STEP 3 – Choose Your Donation Amount
You can choose from one of our pre-selected donation amounts or choose “Other” and enter a donation amount of your choice.
STEP 4 – Choose to Cover the Fees
You can choose to cover the fees that Easter Seals Ontario has to pay to process your donation. These fees include a $1 processing charge from our software vendor, and on overage 1.65% to the credit card companies. You will see the calculation of your fee onscreen as shown below. In this example the calculated fee is shown for a $100 donation. Choosing to cover the fee is completely optional.
Step 5 – Enter Your Contact Information
Enter your personal contact information. This information is protected by our privacy policy and is used to properly generate your charitable tax receipt.
TIP: Make sure not to forget the Confirm Email Address field.
STEP 6 – Optional Survey Questions
You can help Easter Seals Ontario better understand who our donors are by answering any of the optional questions. You can also specify which our programs you would like your donation to support.
STEP 7 – Payment Information
You are almost done. Enter your payment information including the 3-digit security number (CVV) on the back of your credit card. Then click NEXT!
STEP 8 – Confirm Your Payment
Take a moment to make sure the details presented on the screen are correct. Verify that you are not a robot, and then click on COMPLETE PAYMENT.
STEP 9 – THANK YOU!
Your donation is complete. No further steps are required but to accept our very sincere thank you on behalf of children with physical disabilities and their families. A tax receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
