If you have a forgotten your username or password, please follow the steps below before contacting the event host.
Step 1
Click on login and you will be redirected to the login page.
Step 2
Click on forgot username/password.
Step 3
If you remember your username, please enter that, if you do not remember you username, please enter your email.
Please note: If you do not remember your username and you have created multiple accounts within this system with the same email, this process may fail. Please contact support in that case.
Step 4
A success message will be put on screen once an email has been sent out to the account with a password reset link.
Please check for email in your inbox and spam/junk mail box, the email might take a couple of minutes.
Please follow the steps in the email to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email, please contact support to manually reset your password, and provide you a temporary password.
